Although Tansaro's main office is in Ottawa, Canada, our fabrics and the talents who create them reside in India. Thus, when ordering your fabrics, they will be coming from India. As such, we ask that you allow 4-5 weeks for shipping time.

Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may cancel your purchase provided you notify us before or within 14 days after delivery.

Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition (e. g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Within the 14 days, we will issue a credit for a "Full Piece" order, subject to a 20% charge.

Cut Lengths will be subject to a 50% charge that will not be returned.


For the moment, to avoid any costly surcharges on the behalf of the customer, we are only accepting interact money transfers, as well as PayPal. Due to the fact that Tansaro is in Ottawa and the fabrics are shipped from India, credit card companies can charge many unnecessary surcharges, and so we do not accept them in order to save our customers and their wallets. 


If you're interested in purchasing a bulk order for your boutique, or would like to purchase a large amount to make multiple apparel, please contact us. Each wholesale quote is individual to the company in request, so we are, unfortunately, unable to give quotes over email.
